Pinnacle Souvenirs Limited (trading as “The Beacon Press”) ("We" “us” the “Company”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

We are Pinnacle Souvenirs Limited a company registered in Gibraltar in accordance with the Companies Act 1930 under company number 02596, with registered office at 28 Irish Town, Gibraltar and principal place of business at 3/5 Cloister Ramp, PO Box 527, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. In accordance with the Business Name Registration Act 1918, Pinnacle Souvenirs Limited’s registered business name is “The Beacon Press” with registration number 05766.

For the purpose of the Act, we are a data controller. This means that we are responsible for the manner in which we collect, store and use personal data about you that we obtain. Personal data is any data from which an individual can be identified.

Our baseline retention period for the retention of documents is 8 years following the completion of a transaction.

In addition, we limit access to your personal data to senior management only, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
